Cessna 402

The Piper PA31 Navajo is a popular prop aircraft and a good choice for short flights. You can fly to the British Virgin Islands in the comfort and safety of this twin engine (proven reliable) airplane. Routes on this aircraft are available from San Juan, St. Thomas, St. Maarten or Antigua to Tortola or Virgin Gorda.

The Cessna 402 exists in two seating configurations. One (the “Business Liner”) is optimized for corporate travel by virtue of having fewer seats (6 seats) than the more utilitarian commuter (7 seats). Both feature short runway takeoff and landing capabilities and a reduced cabin noise. Many charter operators operate the 402 in the islands, particularly in the Grenadines (from Barbados or St Vincent to Canouan, Mustique and Union Island), or in the British Virgin Islands (from San Juan or St Thomas to Tortola, Virgin Gorda or Anegada).
