I hereby authorize Caribbean Contract Services LLC (dba Caribbean Charter Flights) and its agents to charge my credit card for the services described and for any other related services. I agree that the charges specified are non-refundable and may not be charged-back at any time in the future.
Caribbean Charter Flights is a subsidiary of Caribbean Contract Services LLC established 2915 Ogletown Road – Newark, DE 19713 – United States of America.
All charter reservations must be prepaid by credit card and/or wire transfer. Additionally, all charter reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at reservation.
The credit card is used as a form of guarantee and will also be charged for initial deposit and/or full payment according to existing payment schedule and /or any additional charge incurred for the charter (such as airport taxes, VIP transfer or transit costs, reservation modification fees, facilities after hour fees, ground transportation fees, special catering fees...). Additional passenger fees may also be charged after the trip (such as for above normal aircraft interior cleaning or damage, unexpected airport fees, fees related to passenger special needs).
All Charter Reservations are not refundable.
Caribbean Charter Flights will not be liable for airline schedule changes or cancellations, visitor/ immigration Visa issues, or others. We strongly recommend to subscribe to a travel insurance to cover unexpected situations.
Once charter is confirmed all changes up to 24 hours before departure are subject to $550 USD modification fees (only one change permitted and within the same tourist season / year).
No show on scheduled time is considered as a charter cancelation with 100% penalty fee. However, in case of late inbound arrival (such as an airline delay on the day of travel...) the operator may be able to reschedule the charter reservation (according to its availabilities and policies), with a last minute modification fee of up to $300 USD. Caribbean Charter Flights is unable to offer any guarantee for that matter, which remains solely and entirely at the operator's discretion.
Substitution Policy & Weather Disruptions
Caribbean Charter Flights reserve the right to substitute an aircraft offering similar value and transportation characteristics without prior notice nor financial compensation. In certain weather circumstances, pursuant to regulations and/or safety, the aircraft will not be able to depart. Caribbean Charter Flights in cooperation with the operator will review these issues affecting your travel and offer the best alternate solution to minimize travel disruptions.
Day Light Restrictions
Some Caribbean airports are subject to sunrise and sunset landing restrictions. No take-off and landing are allowed outside daylight hours. For example: St Barthélemy (St Barths), Nevis, Virgin Gorda, Mustique…. Charter operators (and Caribbean Charter Flights) will not be liable for any delay and/or cancellation of the charter reservation due to late inbound flight, traffic congestion, or others, that may occur at the airport of transit.
